Winner of Inside Housing Award for Best Affordable Development. A community-led development of 40 social rent homes delivered through a unique collaboration between Southwark Council and Leathermarket Community Benefit Society (LCBS). Occupying the site of a disused former nursery, the development comprises two buildings: a new block of 34 apartments, and an adjoining terrace containing six houses that frame a new communal garden.
